Track your order

To show your order status, we first need to find your order. It takes about a minute:

1. Click the Show me my order button below.
2. Heads up: the next screen says “Sign in” — no password needed. Enter the same email address where you received your order confirmation.
3. We'll email you a 6-digit code. If it doesn't arrive, check your junk or spam folder.
4. Enter the code on that same screen. You'll be brought straight back here.
5. Your order status will appear.
