Each Forever Canadian product is made made to order with love and care, just for you. We create every item on demand to reduce waste and keep our production sustainable.
Because of this, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for purchases. Please take a moment to review our Size Guides before placing your order, to ensure you have selected the correct sizes.
Damaged or Defective Items
All items undergo quality control before they are shipped and precautions are taken to ensure they are packed securely for their journey to you.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, using the form below, if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please also take detailed pictures of the issue, product, and packaging, which we will ask you for later by email.
All returns and/or replacements will be dealt with specifically on an individual case-by-case basis. For eligible cases, we will work to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Time Frame to Report Issues
Please contact us, using the form below, within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, list the item(s) and provide a detailed description of the issue(s).
