Want to see where your order is right now?
To show your order status, we first need to find your order. It takes about a minute:
- Click the Show me my order button below.
- Heads up: the next screen says “Sign in” — no password needed. Enter the same email address where you received your order confirmation.
- We'll email you a 6-digit code. If it doesn't arrive, check your junk or spam folder.
- Enter the code on that same screen. You'll be brought straight back here.
- Your order status will appear.
